Have contacted them almost every 2 weeks and keep getting the same response! It is now July and matter still hasn’t been addressed. Shoes I ordered were too big and I wanted to exchange them for a size smaller. Simple? Not for sketchers, they still haven’t addressed my issue! I will never order direct from them again, and I advise others to not do so also. Just wasted $85.00! Worst customer service of any big company!
